Master Planned Community in Cadence located in the City of Henderson. The four projects that have been designed by ACDG combine to be 300-acres and 1,541 residential lots. The projects required the installation of a combined ten miles of roadway improvements, including curb and gutter, sidewalks, landscaping, and roundabouts for traffic control. Full utility improvements were also required for each project, including water mains, sewer mains, and storm drain installation. Each project also required additional amenities, ranging from splash pads to parks or clubhouses.
