Black Mountain Ranch

Black Mountain Ranch is a redevelopment of a former 200-acre golf course into 995 units of residential housing with an associated trail system and 3 separate parks . It is located at the intersection of Greenway Road and Horizon Drive in Henderson, Nevada. The project involved extensive public outreach in order to receive entitlement approvals. Black Mountain Ranch also required full utility installations including sewer lines, sewer manholes, RCP storm drain, storm drain manholes, drop inlets, water lines, and steel sleeve casings for water lines.
