John R. Manning, M.S., P.E. - Principal

Mr. Manning has 26 years of experience providing design and review for a variety of projects in Nevada.  He has spent 22 years in the private sector and four years employed in the public sector with the City of North Las Vegas and then City of Henderson.  Mr. Manning has experience in civil design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of flood control projects, and project management.  His design and analysis experience includes concrete channels, culverts, storm drains, debris basins, energy dissipators, erosion protection, roadways, mass grading, pump stations, sewer lines, and potable water tanks/transmission lines.  He has also processed several CLOMR/LOMR applications through FEMA.

Brandon G. Doty, P.E. - Principal

Mr. Doty has 18 years of experience in civil engineering. Mr. Doty has managed various projects from inception to completion within the set schedule and budget. He is immensely knowledgeable with local design standards and practices for both public works and privately funded projects. He is well exposed to roadway infrastructure projects, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer, and potable water distribution systems for residential and commercial projects, as well as master-planned communities. He is always willing to tackle complex engineering needs such as drainage studies, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, roadway drainage, plan and profile street design, erosion control, hillside grading, sewer and water design.
